摘要
目的:探讨在肾病检查中尿液冰点渗透压和尿液电导率的相关关系。方法:用冰点渗透压仪和UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪分别对345例非糖尿病肾病的住院及门诊病人晨尿测定渗透压和电导率值,结果进行配对分析。结果:冰点渗透压与电导率之间高度相关。r=0.865,P<0.01。冰点渗透压对电导率的直线回归方程为Y=88.964+27.849X。结论:在尿糖阴性的情况下,冰点渗透压和电导率之间可相互转化,在日常尿沉渣检查中可通过电导率估算出尿渗透压值,且结果快速、准确、可靠,提高了UF-100尿沉渣分析仪的检测范围,有利于正确估计肾脏浓缩稀释功能。
Objective To explore the correlation between freezingpoint osmotic pressure and conductivity. Methods The collected daybreak urinary samples of 345 patients whose sugar is negative from the out patients or in patients were detected sysmex UF-100 automated urinalyer and osmotic pressure by algeoscopy respectively,the results were analyzed in matched pair. Results There were highly correlated between Freezing point osmotic pressure and conductivity. Freezing point osmotic pressure was highly correlated to conductivity,r=0. 865,P〈0.01. The linear regression equation of Freezing point osmotic pressure against conductivity was :Y= 88. 964 + 27. 849X. Conclusions Under the condition that urine sugar is negative, there are transformation between freezing point osmotic pressure and conductivity, we can estimate urinary osmotic pressure by its conductivity in daily routine urinary sediment. The results were accurate, reliable, and quick. It can expand the detection range of Sysmex UF -100 automated urinalyerwhich is beneficial for estimating renal concentration and dilution function properly.
