摘要
提出了一种基于数字图像处理应用干涉法研究迁移现象的新方法。重点分析了CCD尺寸测量光学系统的设计原理、图像采集及处理方法,实现了测试研究的智能化。
A new kind of method based on digital image processing of transferring phenomena was designed. The whole design principle is introduced in the paper with the emphasis on the analysis of an optical system for CCD size measurement, the method of the image acquisition and image procession. It can test the transferring phenomena intelligendy.
