摘要
目的分析手术室护士术前访视病人对手术的积极作用。方法随机选取164例手术病人,进行术前访视、心理护理,采用统计学方法对手术病人访视前后的心理反应进行对照比较。结果通过术前访视,减轻病人紧张恐惧心理,增强手术信心,术中主动配合。手术室护士与医生配合更加默契,缩短了手术时间。结论术前护理访视是实施整体护理的重要环节。
Objective To explore the effect of paying preoperative visits to patients by nurses of operating room. Methods We selected 164 patients randomly and paid a preoperative visit to each one, then studied the mental change of patients after preoperative visits. Results Patients received preoperative visit alleviated the worry about operation, strengthened confidence of operation and cooperated with doctors and nurses forwardly. As a result, operating time was shortened because doctors and nurses cooperated smoothly. Conclusion The preoperative visit is the key step of holistic nursmg.
