摘要
目的探讨克隆氏病患者的CT表现。方法回顾性分析11例经病理证实的克隆氏病的CT图像。结果所有病例均显示肠壁增厚和肠腔狭窄。4例同时伴有小肠梗阻;3例同时见腹腔脓肿;3例有瘘管形成。结论CT在显示克隆氏病的病变范围以及肠梗阻、腹腔脓肿、瘘管等并发症方面具有重要的意义。
Objective To discuss the CT findings in the patients with Crohn＇s disease.Methods To retrospective analyze the CT imaging of 11 patients with Crohn＇s disease which confirmed by pathology.Results All cases were shown as bowel wall thickening,with luminal narrowing,4 cases accompanied with small bowel obstruction.3 cases accompanied abscesses.The fistula were found in 3 cases,Conclusion CT have important meaning in showing the estent of pathological changes and its complications in patients with Crohn＇s disease.
