摘要
攀钢炼钢厂“1#大方坯连铸机”项目是攀钢第三期技改重点项目。该连铸机为6机6流，年产能力120万吨，铸机弧形半径12m，主要生产轧制重轨的铸坯。在高碳钢大方坯连铸机生产过程中，应减小铸坯变形，特别要防止铸坯偏析，“轻压下”技术是解决高碳钢连铸坯偏析的理想方法。
The project of No.1 Bloom Caster at the Steel Making Plant of Panzhihua Steel ＆ Iron Group Company is the major project in the third technical redevelopment period of Panzhihua Steel. The bloom caster has 6 self-consistent strands and annual output capacity of 1.2 million tons, its casting arc radius is 12 meters and it mainly produces the bloom that will be rolled down in the heavy-duty steel rail. The bloom deformation should be decreased and in particular the bloom segregation must be prevented in the production process of the bloom caster to cast the high carbon steel. The “Soft-Clamp” technology is an ideal solution that enables the bloom segregation of high carbon steel to be prevented.
