摘要
近几年来,在福建的福州、福清和莆田等地的各日龄番鸭、半翻鸭、樱桃谷鸭和麻鸭发生一种以脏器和肠道出血为主要将征的传染病,严重威胁我省养鸭业。经病原分离、电镜观察、中和试验及人工复制试验等实验室检查初步证明是由Ⅰ型鸭肝炎病毒变异株引起的一种新的鸭传染病。
Durng the last few years,a new epidemic disease of duck characterized by dark purple end of bill and follicle, opisthotonas or torticollis in clinical signs and disseminated hemorr-hagic foci of pancreas,Liver,spleen,kidney,duodenum and rectum in gross lesions occurred in Fuzhou,Fuqing and Putian cities of Fujian province The results of etiological isolation, electromic roscopic scanning,neutralizafion test,and artificial infection test indicated thet the disease was a new duck infectious disease caused by a variant of duck hepatitis type Ⅰ Virus.
