摘要
利用中草药材,经粉碎加工制成“法囊净”散剂、丸剂或片剂.经过近1年的药物筛选和试验,又经过半年的实验室验证,证实中成药法囊净对鸡传染性法氏囊病的防治具有特效.对不同症状、不同年龄、不同品种的患病鸡只治愈率平均为99.63%,对健康鸡群的保护率达100%.对冶疗和用药前后各种生理指标的测定数据经过生物学统计比较(t测验)差异均不显著,证明该药配方无毒副作用.
Chinese herbal materials were ground and processed into Fa Nang Jing (IBD excluder) powder, pills or tablets. Nearly one year of herbs selection and experimentation and another six months of laboratory examination indicated that Chinese prepared medicine Fa Nang Jing was especially effective in controlling chicken infectious bursal disease. Regardless of symptoms, age and strain, the cure rate averaged 99. 63% for chickens infected with IBD, and the protection rate reached 100% for healthy chickens. Various physiological indexes determined before and after treatment and medication were not statistically significant (t test), indicating that the herbal formulation produced no toxic side effects.
