摘要
城市水利是指与城市正常运作密切相关的一系列水事活动,而城市自古以来通常是一个国家和地区政治、经济、文化的中心,因此城市水利在人类社会发展过程中扮演着重要的角色。在人类文明日益发展的今天,以时间的顺序对古代城市水利进行回顾、对现代城市水利进行剖析、对未来城市水利进行展望,其意义在于:古代城市水利就像一面镜子,对它进行总结可以为现在和未来的工作提供借鉴和参考;未来城市水利是在现代城市水利的基础上对于未来发展趋势的一种展望,是现代城市水利工作的努力方向;当前的工作是在吸收古代城市水利有益经验的基础上,积极探索当前条件下水利工作的科学内涵,为城市水利迈向未来、满足更高层次的社会发展需要做好准备。
The urban water conservancy is a series of activities of water affairs closely related with city common functions. Generally, cities have been developed as the political, economical, and cultural centers of a country from ancient time. Urban water conservancy has played an important role in human social development. The author reviewed the evolution of ancient urban water conservancy in the history, analyzed the content of modern urban water conservancy, and studied the trend of future urban water conservancy. The ancient urban water conservancy, just like a mirror, would play a referential function. By absorbing experience of ancient water consein-ancy and analyzing performance of modern water conservancy, the future urban water conservancy should be well planned to meet the requirement of social development. The current work is to study the scientific connotations of water conservancy and to make modem urban water conservancy adaptive for further social development.
