摘要
以中国旅游业发展与旅游人才培养为大背景,在对浙江省旅游业发展与导游人才培养现状分析的基础上,提出了浙江省导游人才培养存在的四大问题,最后较为系统地提出了关于浙江省高职院校导游人才培养的六点对策。
Against the background of the development of the Chinese tourist industry and the training of the tourist talents and based on the analysis of the present situation of Zhejiang tourist industry and tour guides, the paper advances four problems existing in the training of the tour guides in Zhejiang province and systematically presents six measures for the training of tour guides in the vocational higher education institutions of Zhejiang province.
