摘要
委托租赁运作思路有两种,其一可采用同信托公司合作,让信托投资公司充分发挥其在信托财产及信托资金募集方式和渠道方面的优势,而金融租赁公司则利用自身在租赁市场开发和项目管理上的优势,采用各种租赁交易方式来运用和处分这些信托财产和信托资金;其二借鉴资金集合信托的运作方法,自行操作资金集合和委托租赁业务。
There are two kinds of trust renting operation. One of it is through co-operation with trust company. The trust company will play an important role in the fund raising method and channel of trust property and trust capital. In the meanwhile, the financial renting company can exploit its advantage to the full in the areas such as renting market development and project management. Through adapting different renting trade method, the trust company can get full use of this property and capital; The second is by taking the operation method of capital pooling trust as an example, operate capital pooling and trust renting business by itself.
