摘要
深圳市民中心为满足各区域不同类型建筑功能的需要,采用了不同的空调系统,高大空间还根据不同的高度及人员逗留情况采用了不同的气流组织方式。工程采用电制冷,空调水系统为二级泵变流量系统。本文介绍了工程中各类型空调系统、通风系统、防排烟系统及其控制系统的设计,同时阐述了节能技术的应用。工程运行后,效果良好,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益。阐明了为保证满足建筑功能的需要灵活采用中央空调、区域性空调及独立空调的方式是稳妥可靠且较为节能的办法。
In order to fulfill the requirement of the different architecture characteristics in different zone, multiple air conditioning modes in different room are applied in Shenzhen Civil Center. To suit with the different large space and people' residence, different air distribution pattern is applied. The project employs electrical chillers and primary-secondary chilling water pumping system with variable flux. The design of HVAC and control system are briefly presented, and the save energy technology application at the same time is introduced. The project has normally operated since the system operated. The better social benefits and economical benefits are made. It can confirm that applying central air conditioning, sectional air conditioning and independent air conditioning to fulfill the requirement of the different architecture characteristics are secure and save energy.
