摘要
中国石油兰州石化公司合成橡胶厂将碳四、苯乙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物等装置的凝结水收集后,先用于丁腈硬胶聚合用盐水的加热,换热后的回水再用于凝聚和洗涤用水;并将丁苯装置2条生产线干燥箱产生的蒸汽凝结水集中收集后,用于凝聚和洗涤用水。该凝结水回收应用改造项目投资13万元,实现节约蒸汽9.6kt/a,节约新鲜水280t/a,每年创效124.72万元。
The condensed water from plants of C4 , styrene and ABS was recycled and applied to heat salt water in production of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, and then used for agglomerating and washing. The steam condensed water produced by dryers of two styrene-butadiene rubber production lines was also used as agglomerating and washing water. The investment of the project was ￥ 130,000, steam 9.6 kt/a and water 280 t/a were saved and ￥ 1,247,200 benefit were obtained each year.
