摘要
针对β-甘露聚糖酶发酵过程控制系统布线复杂、影响参数多、自动化程度低等问题,设计了一套基于PROFIBUS-DP的现场总线发酵过程控制系统;通过总线,DP主站、DP从站和各智能仪表间可直接进行通信,形成开放性网络,简化了系统结构,提高了控制效果;另外,采用基于遗传寻优的模糊控制器对发酵液的pH值进行控制,控制精度与常规方法相比提高了50%。
Countering the problems existing in the control system of β-mannanase ferment process, such as complex wires deployed, many parameters influenced, low automation, a fieldbus control system about ferment process based on PROFIBUS-DP is designed. Via fieldbus, DP master, DP slave and the intelligent devices can communicate with each other directly, like an open network. The system structure is more concise and the control effect is improved in this system. Further, by using a GA-fuzzy controller to control pH of the ferment liquid, the control accuracy increases by 50% in comparison with the accuracy via normal control method.
