摘要
针对金堆城钼业集团有限公司在钼冶炼过程中产生的低浓度SO2的治理问题,由于治理技术难度大,多年来,企业一直寻找、探索一套符合企业现状,又能成功治理的办法。在不断治理、总结经验的基础上,决定采用沸腾炉焙烧硫精矿配气以提高烟气浓度,达到制酸的目的,不但能提高资源的综合利用率,而且彻底解决了超标排放造成大气环境污染问题。
The paper deals with the problems concerning roasting of MoO2 with low concentration of SO2 in Jinduicheng Molybdenum Group Co. , Ltd. For this, the company has been looked for a suitable and successful way for some years. On the bases of continuous work, the company decided to use boiling smelter to increase SO2 concentration of the released gas, in order to produce H2SO4, increase the recovery of the resources and solve the problems of environment pollution.
