摘要
笔者根据投铁饼运动规律、技术动作结构和特点,按照人体运动的科学原理,在对当今铁饼技术进行分析的基础上,详尽地提出了铁饼技术训练的具体措施,源于实践,切实中肯,实用性强。
Based on the scientific fundamental of the human motions and analysis about the discus skills, the author practically proposes the physical measures of discus technical training stemmed from practice according to the rules, skilled movement structures and features of discus sports.
