摘要
随着电子计算机在各行各业的不断普及,档案的保存形式中新增了电子档案。本文试从电子档案的几点不足入手,对电子档案与纸质档案进行了对比、分析,最后给出了现阶段档案存贮的最佳对策。
With the popularization of computers in every walk of life, the electrical archives are added as a form of storage. The author in this paper points out the disadvantages of electrical archives, makes comparison between paper archives and electrical archives and put forward the better method to store archives under current situations.
