摘要
对某养殖场送检的8只病死鸡,用琼脂扩散试验检出马立克氏病毒抗原阳性率为62.5%(5/8);马立克氏病毒抗体阳性率为66.7%(4/6)。从病料中分离出7株细菌,其中4株为大肠杆菌,3株为鸡伤寒沙门氏菌。根据流行病学、临床症状及实验室诊断,判定为鸡马立克氏病和细菌的混合感染。同时对马立克氏病与禽淋巴细胞性白血病进行了鉴别诊断。
The antigen and antibody of Marek' s disease virus were detected with agar gel precipitation (AGP). The samples of 8 diseased chickens were collected from a poultry farm. The results showed that the positive rate of antigen reached 62. 5% (5/8)and the positive rate of antibody reached 66.7% (4/6). 7 bacteria strains were isolated from affected layers, 4 strains were identified as Escherichia coli and 3 strains belonged to Salmonella gallinanun. According to the epidemiology, clinical symptoms and laboratory diagnosis, the disease was definitely diagnosed as Marek' s disease co-infected with bacteria. The differential diagnosis of Marek' s disease and lymphocyte leukosis were discussed and the reasons of vaccination failure were also analyzed in this paper.
