摘要
采用丙烯腈催化剂粉末-水混合物系,测定了4种具有不同锥角、不同进口管形状的环流式旋流器的操作性能,并进行了比较。结果表明,底锥角度为6°,进口截面为矩形环流式旋流器压降较低,效率较高,切割粒径d50大约为7.5μm。
In order to improve the performance of circumfluent hydrocyclone, a new structure with smaller cone angle and larger annulus area and rectanglar inlet had been developed. Compared with the circumfluent hydrocyclone of old configuration, it has higher separation efficiency and lower pressure drop. Using the mixture of acrylonitrile catalyst powder and water as feed material, the separation efficiency was 85 %, and the cut off diameter was about 7.5μm.
