薄带连铸中CCD液位传感器的快速安装及精确定位技术

摘要 介绍薄带连铸CCD(Charge Coupled D evice)液位传感器的快速安装及精确定位方法,应用于薄带连铸产业化生产中,以快速度,高精度完成CCD液位传感器的安装,精确地实现对CCD液位传感器预先准确立体标定与校准。这种技术与CCD液位传感器相配套使用,用于钢水液位检测技术,并以较好的方式解决了以后薄带连铸生产中,有关钢水液位检测的成套技术,即新设备加新方法的综合成套使用技术。 The paper presents the rapid installation and precision location of CCD ( Charge Coupled Device ) Level Sensor in thin strap continuous casting, which are applied to the industrialization of thin strap continuous casting. It accomplishes the installation of CCD level sensor with fast speed and high precision and realizes the pre - accurate stereo - demarcation and adjustment with precision. This technology and CCD level sensor form a complete set and is applied to the molten steel level detection, which poses as a better solution to the whole set technology of molten steel level sensor detection in the thin strap continuous casting industrialization, i.e. the integrated whole set technology composed of new equipment and up - to - date approach.
