摘要
物流园区的规划建设是现代物流高级化、系统化的重要标志。在综合比较现有物流园区评价方法的基础上,借鉴对智能运输系统(ITS)和交通规划的评价方法,提出物流园区社会经济评价的指标体系和基于层次分析法和模糊判定的新评价模型,并在模型中对权重进行均衡性处理,有助于对物流园区进行有效评价。
The planning of logistics distripark is the important symbol of advanced modern logistics system. Based on the comprehensive comparing of existed methods for evaluation logistics distripark, and referring to the evaluating methods for ITS and traffic planning, the index system for social economic evaluation of logistics distripark and a new evaluating model based on AHP （analytic hierarchy process） and fuzzy self-judgement is put forward. Meanwhile, the equilibrium of weight is disposed. It is helpful for effective evaluation of logistics distripark.
