摘要
本文在解析知识经济本质特征的基础上,分析了知识经济对我国发展带来的机遇和挑战,提出我国实施知识发展战略,应对知识经济挑战的必要性和具体途径,最后从增强吸收知识、获取知识、交流知识能力三方面提出了相关的政策建议。
In the article,the foudamental characteristics of knowledge-based economyis firstly analysed,then the opportunity and chanllenge for China is discussed. The necessityand measures of implementing knowledge development strategy are put forward. , At last, the according policy suggestions are prompted for strengthening the capability of acqulringknowledge, absorbing knowledge and communicating knowledge.
