摘要
珠海发电厂一期给水系统由汽动给水泵和电动给水泵组成,带动汽动给水泵的汽轮机配有一套盘车装置,其作用是防止汽轮机因受热不均而使动静部分发生摩擦。为此,在对珠海发电厂汽轮机盘车结构和工作原理介绍的基础上,探讨了2号机组B汽动给水泵汽轮机运行时盘车异常的原因,并提出了改进建议。
The feedwater system of Phase- Ⅰ project of Zhuhai Power Station consists of two turbine-driven feed pumps and a motor-driven feed pump. Each feed pump turbine is equipped with a set of turning gear to prevent kinetic and static friction while the turbine is being unevenly heated. With the description of the structure and working principle of the turning for the feed pump turbines in Zhuhai Power Station, this paper analyzes the causation of the turning malfunction during the operation of Feed Pump Turbine B of Unit 2.
