摘要
综述了在制备高纯双环戊二烯过程中二聚和解聚反应的温度、时间和压力对选择性和转化率的影响,给出了最佳操作条件的取值范围。对提高二聚的转化率和选择性、解决解聚过程中的结焦问题而采用的新技术进行了分析介绍。
On the basis of kinetic parameters of the dimerization and monomerization,the influences of temperature,residence time and pressure on the selectivity and conversion in production of high-purity dicyclopentadiene are reviewed.The optimal operation conditions are ensured.New technologies to raise the dimerization conversion and selectivity,to reduce or remove the coke materials are introduced.
