摘要
引入系统理论与方法来构造区域农业竞争力系统,在此基础上建立了区域农业竞争力系统评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析法(PCA)和层次分析法(AHP)来进行评价值的计算。同时,把该方法用于中国东北地区的农业竞争力的评价。结果表明:东北农业竞争力在评价时段内有显著提升,在评价时段的前期提升速度较快,在评价时段的后期提升速度趋缓;从子系统来看,东北农业产出效益竞争力和农业基础竞争力有较大的提高,而东北农业结构与成长竞争力有明显的下降。图1,表2,参5。
This study introduced systemic theory and method into constructing regional agricultural competitiveness system, based on which the evaluation index system was built. And appraised values were calculated using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) .As the same time, the method was applied to evaluate the agricultural system competitiveness of northeast China.The result shows that the agricultural competitiveness of northeast China has markedly ascended during the study period. But its ascending speed Ires slowed down in the lute of the period.In detail, the competitiveness of the agricultural output and benefit and the agricultural foundation of northeast China have greatly ascended, and the competitiveness of the agricultural structure and growth of northeast China has dropped a lot during this period.
