摘要
研究表明,响叶杨无性系间其穗条扦插生根率有显著差异,参试无性系生根率为30%～95%;穗条带0.5～1片叶可显著提高穗条生根率;穗条带顶芽或带多片叶或不带叶其生根率显著降低;多菌灵不同浓度、GGR生根剂不同浓度处理后的穗条其生根率差异不显著;在扦插时间上,以6月中旬和9月上旬扦插生根率较高。
There are significent differences among the rooting rates of Populus adenopoda＇s clones,which vary form 30% to 95%. Leaving a half or one leave on the slips can greatly increase their rooting rates. The slips with arical buds or several leaves or without leaves have low rooting rates. The concentrations of both Carbendazim and GGR have no marked influence on the rooting rates. Cutting in the middle ten days of June and the first ten days of September can make the rates increase.
