摘要
以菜籽油为原料,通过碱炼、脱色等过程的精炼,并在优化反应条件下,使菜籽油酸值(AV)降低至0.019mgKOH/g,介质损耗因素tanδ为0.933%,体积电阻率ρ为1.45×1012Ωcm,工频击穿电压VB达到64.78KV,从而提高了植物型变压器油的绝缘性能,能较好地满足变压器的使用要求。
Rapeseed oil was refined by means of alkali refining and decoloring for preparing vegetable transformer insulating oil and the reaction parameters were optimized. After above treatments, the acid value AV was reduced to 0. 019mgKOH/g, the dielectric dissipation factor tang was 0.933%, the specific DC resistance p was 1.45 × 10^12 Ω.cm, the dielectric breakdown voltage VB was 64.78KV. The results show that the dielectric properties of vegetable transformer insulating oil was improving and satisfied with the transformer's request.
