摘要
目的分析珠海市多元化举办社区卫生服务的模式。方法通过文献调查,专题组讨论等方法收集珠海市举办社区卫生服务的详细资料。结果珠海市社区卫生服务机构公办、私办并存,民营机构占85%。结论多元化举办社区卫生服务应当因地制宜,并不断加强管理和规范,在准入、监管以及功能部署上不断完善。
Objective To analyze the model of multi - formed community health service （CHS） and summarize the experiences in Zhuhai. Methods The literature research and focus group discussion were applied to collect data. Results The public and private CHS organizations co - exit in Zhuhai City, but 85 percent of them are private organizations. Conclusion Multi- formed CHS should be adapted to local practice, and the management should be enhanced and standardized, The entrance, supervision and function of the organizations should be perfected continuously.
