含氮中锰奥氏体耐磨钢表面纳米化研究

摘要 利用X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜研究了喷丸后的含氮中锰奥氏体耐磨钢表层微观组织结构。实验表明,含氮中锰奥氏体耐磨钢经高能喷丸处理后,可获得平均晶粒尺寸约为20nm的纳米晶组织表面层,表层相组成没有变化,喷丸后硬度提高了约21.5%。 The microstructure in surface layer of a N-alloying medium manganese austenitic wear-resistant steel processed by high-energy peening have been studied by using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the nanograined microstructure with the average grain size of obout 20 nm is obtained in the surface layer of this steel by high-energy peening process. The phase constitute is not changed. The hardness of the peened sample is increased by about 21.5%.
