摘要
在将经济法认定为独立法律部门的基础上,作为经济法重要组成部分的经济法律责任也必然要独立。虽说在经济法律责任独立的问题上,至今尚有争议,但经济法的独立性及其责任主体的特殊性,是传统部门法的法律责任所不能包容的。因此,经济法律责任的独立,就极具必要性。
The economic law liability,which is the main constituent of the economic law, is bound to be independent on the basis of defining the economic law as a independent law department. Although there still exits conflicts of the independence on economic law liability by far, the independence of economic law and the specialty of its liability body can not be tolerated by the traditional law liability, so the independence of the economic law liability is necessary for the situation.
