摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会与人权保障有着内在的联系。和谐社会必然建立在尊重和保障人权之上。人权得不到真正的保障,就无社会的和谐。所以,和谐社会的本质是以人为本和尊重人权;人权是属于每一个人的平等权利,女性群体面临的问题实际上是人权问题;构建社会主义和谐社会的一个重要任务,就是要通过各种措施和制度建设,保障女性群体的人权,使她们的地位由弱变强。
There is an inner link between building a harmonious society of socialism and guaranteeing hmnan rights. Harmonious Society should be based on respecting and guaranteeing human rights, ff human rights can＇ t be guaranteed, there is no harmony of the society. So the nature of the harmonious society is centering on people and respecting the hmnan rights. Hmnan rights should be equal to every one. What the women face, in fact, is the question of hmnan rights. The most important task of founding a harmonious society of our socialism is guaranteeing hmnan rights of women through various measures and regulations, and making their status from week to strong.
