摘要
目的研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患者氧化亚氮(NO)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平的变化。方法采用分光光度计比色法和酶标免疫吸附法分别测定98例HIE患儿及63例正常新生儿NO、IL-6、IL-8水平。结果HIE急性期NO、IL-6、IL-8水平较正常新生儿明显升高(P<0.05),中重度HIE三项指标升高更为明显(P<0.01)。结论NO、IL-6、IL-8水平高低与HIE患儿脑损伤严重程度有关,对临床早期病情判断、预后估计和指导治疗有一定的意义。
Objective To study the change of NO, IL-6, IL-8 level in peripherral blood of neonates with hypoxic ischemia encephalopathy (HIE). Method Peripheral blood of 98 neonats HIE AND 63 normal neonates were collected. The active level of NO were determined by RIA and colorimetry. The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISE). Results In the HIE acute period, the level of NO, IL-6, IL-8 is significantly higher than normal infants ( P 〈 0.05 ). The indexs of the three items of moderate of serious HIE are higher than acute period(P 〈0.01 ). The level of NO in the serum and the HIE convulsion acute period is significantly higher than that of non-convulsion ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The level of NO, IL-6 and IL-8 is associate with the degree that HIE sick children get impairment of brain. It can be taken as an index to judge the state of illness, prognosis
