摘要
目的建立注射用头孢噻吩钠的细菌内毒素检查法。方法计算注射用头孢噻吩钠的细菌内毒素限值,通过干扰试验,确定其最大无干扰浓度。结果注射用头孢噻吩钠的细菌内毒素限值为0.06 EU.mg-1,最大无干扰浓度为1.0 mg.mL-1。结论注射用头孢噻吩钠可用细菌内毒素检查法控制热原。
Objective To establish the bacterial endotoxin test method for cefalotin sodium for injection. Methods To calculate the bacterial endotoxin limit of cefalotin sodium for injection. Results The bacterial endotoxin limit of cefalotin sodium for injection is 0, 06 EU·mg^-1. The maximum noninterference concentration of cefalotin sodium for injection is 1.0 mg · mL^-1 Conclusion The bacterial endotoxin test method can be used for the controlling of cefalotin sodium for injection.
