摘要
目的:探讨CT扫描对主动脉夹层动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法:对15例主动脉夹层动脉瘤的CT征象进行分析,以了解该病的特征性CT征象。结果:CT诊断的直接征象为不同密度的真、假两腔及剥离的内膜瓣、钙化内移的内膜。结论:CT扫描是诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤首选的影像学方法,具有准确、快速、无创伤的特点,对该病的诊断及治疗具有重要意义。
Objective： To evaluate the diagnoses of dissecting aneurysms of aorta with CT scan. Method： CT findings of 15 cases with dissecting aortic aneurysms were analyzed. Result： The characteristics of CT findings of this disease were： true and false lumens with different density and intimal flap separating, and the inward moving of the calcified inner wall. Conclusion： CT scan is the principal method in diagnoses of dissecting aneurysm of aorta. The examination which is very, accurate,quick and hurtless has important significance in diagnoses and treatment of thc disease.
