摘要
精细管理不仅是高校管理者应具有的一种素质,更是提高高校管理效益的重要理念,高校工作中的精细管理主要体现在三个方面:用细节体现特色、用细致弥补缺陷和用创新推动改革。
Particular management is not only a quality but also on important idea of management benefits in the institutions of higher learning. The particular management includes three parts： particulars show characteristics, particulars make up the shortcomings, and the inovation promotes reform.
