摘要
反倾销是WTO赋予缔约国抵制不公平贸易行为的主要措施之一,现已日益成为世界各国极力谋求贸易保护的武器。我国作为发展中国家深受反倾销的影响,已连续9年成为世界反倾销的头号目标国。而众多的反倾销案中又以美国发起最多,达100多件,并以年均16%的速度上升,占美国反倾销总量的55%。通过对这一情况的深入分析,提出了应对美国反倾销的有效策略。
Anti - dumping is one of the main countermeasures against the unfair international trading, which is authorized by WTO treaties and being used by various countries as the international trade protection weapons day by day. Since 1996, China has been affected by anti - dumping cases seriously and become the No. 1 defendant country in the world for 9 years. Among the numerous anti -dumping cases against China, more than 100 cases are initiated by the U S, which is leading the anti -dumping cases against China. Of all American anti -dumping cases, 55% is against China, and this number is increasing yearly by 16%. Based on the analysis of these cases, the study suggests the effective countermeasures against American anti -dumping cases against China.
