摘要
介绍了数字图书馆的概念和背景。指出了数字图书馆在信息资源数字化传播、复制以及数据库建设,计算机软件,学位论文的知识产权问题。提出了保护数字图书馆知识产权应加强立法和普法,完善技术支持,制定政策和强化意识,加快人才队伍建设的措施。
It introduces the concept and background of the digital library, point out the intellectual property problem during the digital broadcasting, duplicating of information resources, database constructing, software, academy thesis while using digital library. To protect the intellectual property of digital library, it should strengthen some fields, such as, law making, technical supporting and government policy guiding.
