摘要
高职证券与期货专业“双证书”人才培养模式采用“头脑风暴法”进行了能力目标开发,以职业能力为标准对课程进行了重新整合,创立了以案例教学为主要特征的互动式教学方法,强化了实践环境的建设,提出了通过校企合作方式培养“双师型”教师和创建“双证书”人才培养模式的“二级责任监控”管理机制。
Talents training mode with double certificates in higher vocational stock and future specialty is setup based on brain storm method to develop ability aim. A mutual teaching method with case teaching as mainly characteristic is also setup based on ability standard to conduct new conformity. Practical environment is strengthened, and a viewpoint of college and enterprise cooperation to train double quality teacher and a management mechanism of two level responsibility monitor and control to train talents are proposed out in the paper too.
