铅蓄电池热封“串隔”的危害及预防

摘要 铅蓄电池组热封时,内部单体电池之间的漏气串隔现象造成电解液连通,导致电池局部短路而使电池报废。介绍了电池组内6组单体直线排列和并列排列的各种串隔现象及其危害;分析了造成串隔的主要原因;提出了相应的解决办法和预防措施。 The gas diffusion between cells of lead - acid batteries caused by heat - sealing process will result in electrolyte leakage, partial short circuit and premature failure of battery. The various phenomenon and harm of electrolyte leakage in cells arranged in series and in parallel were introduced in this paper. The main cause of leakage was analyzed. The preventive measures were described.
