摘要
本文研究了在低速重载条件下,四种润滑油添加剂对高塑性锌合金(HDZA)的摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,LS和BS的加入能明显降低HDEA合金的摩擦系数和体积摩损量,提高其减摩性能,显著降低摩擦面的油温,从而可提高锌合金使用的极限温度和压力。
In this paper, the influence of four kinds of lubricant additives on the tribological behaviors of high ductility zinc alloys under high load and low speed are investigated. The resulys show that the addition of LS or BS can apparently decrease the friction coefficient(μ) .wear volume and the temperature of lubricant on friction surface and improves its wear property. Hence they can improve the limited temperature and pressure of zinc alloy.
