摘要
报导了用小麦秸杆栽培平菇不需粉碎、发酵，用新研制的浸泡液浸泡２４小时后直接装袋接种，结果表明：该方法与粉碎发酵法比较成本降低４０％，生物学效率高达１１７．１％，菌糠还可做饲料．
The article is about a new technique in the cultivation of the oyster mushroom,No grinding, no fermenting,only a newly developed technique of soaking is used for pretreating the wheat straw.Place the straw into the soaker,dredged out 24 hours later,packed into polyethylene bags and inoculated with the spawn of Pleurotus SP.The results indicate that this cultivation method lowers 40% production cost compared with the method of grinding and fermenting.The biological efficiency is 117. 1 %. The spent straw can be used as feed.
