摘要
本文通过对60多个样品实验,探讨利用台式燃气滚筒杀青机进行乌龙茶摇青叶杀青的4项主要技术:滚筒温度、投叶量、滚筒转速、杀青时间。
An experiment on over 60 samples of Wulong tea was conducted, four pieces of main techniques in terms of cylinder temperature, the amount of input of tea leaves, running speed of a cylinder as well as green discoloring technique for green discoloring of Wulong tea, by using table- type gas - turbine green discoloring cylinder, were explored in this paper.
