摘要
在试验研究的基础上,提出了以13X型分子筛为吸附剂、溶剂油装置副产C5馏分为脱附剂,脱附产物通过精馏回收C5馏分并循环使用的120号溶剂油吸附脱芳烃精制技术。利用此技术可使精制油芳烃含量下降到500μg/g以下。用线性平衡体系的透过曲线模型对试验过程进行了模拟,模拟结果与试验数据一致性较好,并由此计算出不同工艺条件下的吸附动态参数,研究了温度、空速等工艺条件对吸附和脱附效果的影响,分子筛经多次再生后的吸附性能趋于较高的稳定值,并获得了装置放大所必需的吸附动态参数。
A new process for removal of aromatics from 120# solvent naphtha by adsorption wasdeveloped.Zeolite 13X was used as adsorbent and the desorbent was C, fraction.The aromatics content inthe refined solvent naphtha can be reduced to less than 500 μg/g.A simulation model was established tosimulate the process,which was in comformity with the experimental data.The adsorption dynamic parameters in different process conditions were calculated,and their effects on adsorption/desorption werealso investigated. The zeolite has endured several regeneration cycles and the adsorption performance wasstill stable.
