摘要
目前国内许多地质工程施工单位均配有中风压空压机,但是这种空压机与已有的潜孔锤不配套导致活塞发生断裂。原因是中风压工况下活塞的冲击末速度增大,活塞中的应力超过了材料本身的许用程度。解决的办法是增加活塞重量和减小有效作用面积。本次设计中,对一些结构进行了改进。在野外实验中,中风压潜孔锤的使用效果不如普通潜孔锤,那是由于冲击功率不够所致。该结果间接地证明了最初的设计思想是正确的。
at present, many geologic engineering construction units which has DTH hammers equipped with mid-pressure air compressor in civil. But the compressor can't match with the DTH hammer existed, and lead the piston to break. The reason is the terminal impacting velocity of piston is over limiting velocity of material itself when the mid-pressure compressor drives the normal DTH hammer to work. The solvent is to oversize piston weight and to reduce the effective action area. During the design, Some structures are improved. In the field test, when the compressor pressure is low, the application effectiveness of mid-pressure DTH hammer isn't as good as that of normal hammer. The reason is the impacting power isn't enough. The test result indicates indirectly the initial design idea is right.
