摘要
通过对目前农村饮水安全存在的相关问题的分析,提出了解决农村饮水安全问题的总体思路。可以通过科学规划,集中供水等工程措施和环境监控、水价调控、强化服务、完善管理等非工程措施有效提高农村饮用水安全标准。
Through the analysis to the questions of the ceuntryside potable water safety which are existing at present, the overall mentality to solve the ceuntryside potable water safety problem is proposed. We can make use of project measures that are plan with reason, supply water centralized and so on. We can also utilize non- project measures that are monitoring environment, regulation water price, strengthened service, perfecting the management etc.
