摘要
本文介绍国内外近年来用溶出伏安法对食品样品中微量元素的分析研究进展,对阳极溶出伏安法,吸附伏安法和电位溶出法的应用展开评述,并对溶出伏安法在金属元素形态分析的应用进行讨论。
The stripping voltammetry has the characteristics of sensitivity , accuracy , selective and simplicity. Application of stripping voltammetry methods in trace element analysis in food is reviewed with 28 references. Anodic stripping voltammetry, adsorptive stripping voltammetry and potentiometric stripping analysis are described in details, and the application of the stripping voltammetry in the area of speciation analysis is also discussed.
