酮康唑、克霉唑抗假丝酵母菌活性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过对酮康唑、克霉唑进行体外抗真菌活性试验及对大鼠假丝酵母菌性阴道炎模型的抗真菌活性测定,为指导临床用药提供理论依据.方法微量稀释法测定酮康唑、克霉唑粉剂的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),用酮康唑、克霉唑泡腾片对大鼠假丝酵母菌性阴道炎模型治疗后真菌培养阴转率进行测定,并与对照组比较. 结果不同剂量,不同治疗天数酮康唑粉剂、克霉唑粉剂对白假丝酵母菌、热带假丝酵母菌的MIC值为2.4~9.7μg/mL,用酮康唑、克霉唑泡腾片对大鼠白假丝酵母菌性阴道炎模型治疗后,真菌培养阴转率与对照组比较,P值均小于0.05.结论白假丝酵母菌、热带假丝酵母菌对酮康唑粉剂、克霉唑粉剂均敏感,不同剂量,不同治疗天数酮康唑与克霉唑泡腾片治疗大鼠白假丝酵母菌阴道炎真菌阴转率与无药对照组存在差异.
