摘要
RS-485总线标准抗噪声干扰性好,最大传输距离达1200m,具有较高的传输速率,在多点通信系统尤其是在工业控制系统中得到了广泛的应用。由于工业现场环境一般较为恶劣,存在多种干扰,为此,对于基于RS-485总线网络的多机系统通信,必须通过采取正确的总线型串接方式、隔离与屏蔽技术、电源干扰的抑制与接地技术以提高其通信可靠性。
In view of the characteristics of RS-485-Bus-based industrial control network, and bad state of locale industry environment,this paper analyses the factors effecting reliability of network communication,and puts forward some all-purpose and double hardware measures to guarantee communication reliability.
