摘要
焦炉煤气制甲醇工艺的研发成功,不仅可以有效利用焦炉气资源,同时生产甲醇原料气。介绍了焦炉气制甲醇工艺中的净化工艺和转化工艺,以及该技术在我国目前的应用状况,并分析了其经济性指标。国内8万t/a及12万t/a两套装置顺利开车及稳定运行证明该工艺成熟、可靠。
The successful technical development of methanol synthesis from coke oven gas (COG) can not only effectively utilize the resource of COG, but can also serve as an additional feedstock for methanol production. The cleaning and conversion technology in the COG to methanol process and its application in China are introduced in detail. The economics of such technology are also analyzed.
