摘要
磁记忆检测是基于铁磁构件的磁效应，可有效发现构件的应力集中区域，是一种对金属材料进行早期诊断的新的无损检测方法。本文通过理论分析和对特种设备的实际检测，取得了一些有益的经验。可以预期，该方法作为特种设备的预诊手段，有良好的应用前景。
Magnetic memory testing （MMT） based on magnetic memory effect of ferromagnetic items is a new nondestructive testing technique,Which is able to diagnose ferromagnetic items in early stage.It can be used to detect the stress concentration zones in items.Alot of availability experience was achieved in inspection of special equipment applying magnetic memory testing by experimenbal research and practice testing of special equipment in this article.It can be expected that magnetic memory testing technology has good prospects in the pre-examlination of special equipment.
