摘要
冠状动脉介入治疗术后穿刺部位出血、血肿是常见的并发症,但严重出血(需输血或手术)者少见。本文通过分析2例长期服用激素患者术后均出现严重出血并发症的特点及原因,探讨长期服用激素患者冠脉介入治疗术后观察及护理的特点。
Bleeding and haematoma around puncture point is common complications of coronary artery intervention treatment. However, severe bleeding, even leading to blood transfusion or operation is rare. The author studied characters of post-operation observation and nursing of coronary artery intervention treatment by the means of analyzing the characters of complications （severe bleeding） of 2 patients with long-term hormone therapy after coronary artery intervention treatment.
